GLOBI is not talking

Check that your device is not on silent and the volume is up. In the app, open Settings and make sure Mute GLOBI voice is off. Tap GLOBI to hear his last line again.

I want GLOBI to be quieter

Open Settings to mute GLOBI, change his voice speed or volume, or turn off GLOBI talks on his own. Long press GLOBI to hide him; he waits as a small spinning globe until you tap it.

Restore a purchase

Open Settings and tap Restore Purchase while signed in to the Apple or Google account you bought with.

Some countries are locked

The free version includes 25 countries. World Explorer unlocks all 196, every game and lesson, daily challenges and treasure hunts, and removes ads.

Using the app offline

Saved lessons and GLOBI's voice work without the internet. Some photos and new content load when you are connected.
